This Spanish artist encourages women not to hide stretch marks by playing with their particular shapes … and a little painting!
Women often break their heads about their physical appearance. There is the weight, the firmness of the skin, the hair, cellulite … and the famous stretch marks … Stretch marks give cold sweats to women, unfortunately.
Often, these marks occur after pregnancy. So we have a love-hate relationship with them. They are the sign of the life we ​​have given, but we are afraid that society will find them too unsightly. From there the complexes, the shame …
These poison the lives of many women. They affect the body image, but also the psychological state of more than 70% of pregnant women!
However, why should we be ashamed of these little bluish, violet or white lines?
A 21-year-old Barcelona artist by the name of Cinta Tort Cartró had the idea of ​​diverting these stretch marks as a new way to appreciate the female body. She decided with their shapes to paint rainbows of colors.
These small lines are transformed into tattoos which aim to accept these natural traits more easily.
