How to have a radiant and flawless (Face) skin using aloe vera gel

Our skin is constantly exposed to the harmful rays of the sun, the cold, the pollution, and the various hormonal changes that take place inside our body. She is regularly prone to problems such as irritation, acne pimples, brown spots, pore dilation, blackheads, etc. To remedy all this and get healthy, clean and radiant skin, here are tips based on aloe vera gel, known for its incredible beauty virtues!

Aloe vera and the beauty of the skin

Aloe vera is a plant used for a long time in the treatment of skin problems. With its powerful anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties and its richness in vitamins C and E and beta-carotene, it helps nourish, hydrate, cleanse and protect against the effects of early aging such as sagging skin, blackheads, brown spots and dilated pores.

How to integrate aloe vera gel into your beauty routine?

Aloe vera gel can replace many cosmetic chemicals in your beauty routine while providing you with extraordinary results. In what follows, you will find how to use it as a cleanser, exfoliating care, toning and moisturizing care!

The ingredients you will need:

  • 4 pieces of aloe vera leaf, whose sharp edges you will have cut
  • ½ tablespoon of rice flour or brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rose water
  • 2 tablespoons mineral water
  • 1 tablespoon of organic honey
  • A spray bottle

The steps of the beauty routine with aloe vera gel:

Aloe Vera gel as a cleanser

To prepare your cleanser, cut your piece of aloe vera leaf in half, lengthwise, and prick it to facilitate the application of the gel. You can add organic honey to your piece of aloe vera, for an even stronger antimicrobial and moisturizing effect.

Wash your face with warm water, then dry it thoroughly. Then, apply directly your piece of aloe vera – and honey, if you chose to use it – on the face by making circular movements. Let stand for a few minutes, then use a cotton ball to wipe your face. Thus, your skin will be firmer, nourished and better oxygenated.

Aloe vera as an exfoliating treatment

Take another piece of aloe vera leaf, prick it and sprinkle it with rice flour or brown sugar, then use it to scrub your skin. Antioxidants, beta-carotene, and vitamins C and E in aloe vera will help fight early aging and stimulate cell regeneration, which will reduce scars and eliminate pimples. In addition, the rough texture of the sugar or rice flour will remove dead cells and impurities embedded in the pores, while promoting blood circulation, which will give you a more even and radiant complexion. Once your scrub is done, rinse your face with warm water.
The scrub is applied for 1 to 2 minutes, 2 to 3 times a week.

Aloe vera to tone your skin

Prepare your toning care by mixing the gel of a piece of aloe vera leaf with 2 tablespoons of rose water and the same amount of mineral water. Stir vigorously to incorporate the ingredients, then pour the mixture into a spray bottle.

Once your scrub is applied, rinse your face and dry it by tapping, then spray your toner on the entire face. Spread it with your finger and let it air dry.

Aloe vera for a touch of hydration

Once your toner is dry, take the last piece of aloe vera, poke it and then pass it over your entire face to moisturize your skin and refuel with nutrients and antioxidants.

Follow the daily steps of this beauty routine with aloe vera gel, with the exception of the scrub that should not exceed 2 applications per week. After 10 to 15 days, your skin will be healthier and firmer and your complexion unified and radiant.
